About the Lionel Rewards® Program
Why should I sign up for the Lionel Rewards® Program?
The Lionel Rewards® program is designed to benefit the customers of the Lionel Store at Concord Mills and Opry Mills Malls. It is our way of saying “Thank you for being our customer!” As a Lionel Rewards® member, you’ll earn points every time you make a purchase. Once every three months, you’ll be able to redeem these points for a dollar discount off your next store purchase.
How do I sign up for Lionel Rewards®?
Just ask a Lionel Store Associate about the Lionel Rewards® program the next time you’re in our Concord Mills store. All you need to provide is your name, age, address, phone number, and a valid e-mail address to enroll in the program. You must be 18 years of age to sign up.
How do I earn Lionel Rewards® points?
Once you enroll in Lionel Rewards®, you’ll earn points every time you make a purchase. Simply provide the cashier your phone number at checkout and points will be added to your account.
Will I receive a Lionel Rewards® Welcome Packet?
Once you have registered for Lionel Rewards®, you will receive an email confirming your participation.
How many points will I earn with my purchase?
For all purchases made in the Lionel Store at Concord Mills, your points will be calculated based on the current Lionel Rewards® points promotion. For example, if the current promotion offers 9 times the points, every dollar spent on a purchase will be multiplied by 9. The result will be the amount of Lionel Rewards® points earned. The Lionel Store at Concord Mills will periodically feature special reward promotions in which customers can receive bonus Lionel Rewards® points on their purchases.
What is the redemption value of each point?
Rewards Earned = (Redeemable Points / Reward Conversion) Rounded Down to Whole Number
Points earned will be rounded to the nearest whole number. That number will be added to all 3 categories of points: Redeemable Points, Level Points, and Life Points. A dollar amount that each customer will receive for that quarter will then be calculated by the following formula:
Dollar Amount Earned = Rewards Earned * Reward Value
Reward Value will be set to $5.00 for every 900 points earned.

How do I redeem my Lionel Rewards® points?
Four times a year (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1), you’ll receive an e-mail letting you know how many points you have available to redeem that quarter.
- You must have at least 900 points per quarter to earn a redemption award. Once you receive that e-mail, you’ll have three months to use your points to receive a dollar discount off a new purchase in the Lionel Store at Concord Mills or Opry Mills. Just let the store associate know that you’re a Lionel Rewards® member, and you’d like to redeem your points.
- The Lionel Store associate will then discount the points from your purchase. Redeemable points reset after each three-month period.
- If you have earned less than 900 points in a quarter, those points will carry on to the next quarter.
- Points are not redeemable on any Lionel web site or at any location other than the Lionel Store in Concord Mills or Opry Mills.
- Also, Lionel Rewards® points cannot be transferred to any other Lionel Rewards® account.
What Are Lionel Rewards® Level Points?
Once you sign up for Lionel Rewards®, we track the total number of points you accrue during the fiscal year. While your Redeemable Lionel Rewards® points reset to zero every three months, your Level Lionel Rewards® points continue to accrue during the year, which can change your customer status. The more Lionel Rewards® points you accrue, the higher your status, which means you may receive additional benefits – like exclusive invitations to in-store events.
Current Lionel Rewards® Status Levels Are:
- Standard – Less than 3,000 points
- Premium – 3,000 points
- Gold – 7,000 points
- Platinum – 15,000 points
What happens to my Lionel Rewards® points if I need to return an item?
When you return an item, the Lionel Store Associate will subtract the number of Lionel Rewards® points that were originally credited to you for that purchase.
How do I check my Lionel Rewards® point balance?
Just ask a Lionel Store associate to check your points by providing them with your phone number.
